Wow, what a team. Colin and Sarah went the distance for our sale and my purchase. They took the time to explain the process and the local market, so expectation were set right off the start. During the selling process, they made sure we had all the information for doing minor repairs to the house, what to concentrate on, and just gave the support we needed to get the buyers to come thru. The sale met the expectation I was anticipating. During this time, Colin worked to determine my own needs, and offered several homes, plus my own choices were also looked at. I had just sold my house in Brampton and had a very short closing date and little time to search for a house in Oshawa. One phone call to Colin and he picked me up on a Friday after work and we went looking. He very quickly tuned in to what I was looking for and on Saturday showed me some houses that were perfect. We made an offer on a house on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday I was in the sellers house toasting the sale with the seller and Colin in their/my dining room.
